Program Details

JW Amateur MMA Program is the most rigorous MMA program structured for athletes that have good fundamentals in Combat Sports (wrestling, grappling, kickboxing, boxing, muay thai, etc.), and those that are looking to join the ranks of Professional Fighting.

High School and Collegiate athletes in other sports (football, baseball, hockey, etc) are welcome.

The Amateur Program focuses on all the aspects of Combat Sports. We train 2 to 3 times a day. The classes consist of Sparring, Ground-N-Pound, Wrestling, Grappling, Striking, and Conditioning.

There are many classes where Amateur and Professional MMA Athletes train together. Standout Amateur Athletes are allowed to attend some of the Professional MMA Classes (must be cleared by your Coaches).

All the JW members receive a discounted rate for Private Sessions (inquire with your Coaches). The Gym facility with all the workout equipment is open 24/7 for all the JW members.
