The management office at Jackson Wink MMA Academy is the central hub of the organization’s administrative and operational functions.

Leadership

The Jackson Wink management office is staffed by a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to ensuring that the academy runs smoothly and efficiently. Our management office is led by Michael (Misha) Lyubimov, who serves as Jackson Wink’s General Manager and provides the main point of contact for all management and media related inquiries. Misha has worked with many fighters from Russia and other countries, including Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Purpose

The management office is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including coordinating training schedules, managing finances and budgets, overseeing facility maintenance and operations, and providing support and guidance to fighters and staff. The management office also oversees the academy’s sponsorship and advertising deals, and works to secure new partnerships and funding opportunities.

In addition to financial management, the management office is responsible for coordinating training schedules and managing facility operations. This includes scheduling training sessions and classes, coordinating special events, and ensuring that the facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the necessary equipment and resources.
