Jackson Wink MMA
1. Print-On-Demand Fulfillment Model
All products sold by Jackson Wink MMA are fulfilled using a print-on-demand (POD) production process. Each item is custom-made specifically for you once your order is placed. Due to this personalized production method, our return and exchange policies differ from those of traditional retail businesses.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in our fulfillment, return, and refund policy below.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Because all items are made to order, Jackson Wink MMA does not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Incorrect size, color, or product variant selected by the customer at checkout.

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after placing the order.
-
Product is received as ordered but the customer desires a different size, color, or style.

Orders returned due to invalid, incomplete, or incorrect shipping addresses. (In these cases, only the product cost will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Reprints are available at the customer’s expense.)
3. Accepted Claims for Replacement or Refund
Jackson Wink MMA will provide a free reprint or full refund in the following valid cases:
Eligible Scenarios:

The product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.

The customer receives an incorrect item, size, color, or design.
-
The item is lost or damaged during shipping.
4. How to File a Claim
To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

Submit your claim within:

30 days of delivery for U.S. orders

45 days of delivery for international orders

Contact Jackson Wink MMA via our support form or by email.

Include:

Your order number
-
A detailed description of the issue

Clear photo or video evidence of the problem

You do not need to return the damaged or incorrect item.
Additional documentation may be requested if evidence is insufficient.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed as follows:

By default, refunds are issued to your Jackson Wink MMA account balance (if applicable).

Upon request, refunds can be returned to your original payment method.

For non-USD transactions, refunds are issued directly to the original payment source (e.g., credit/debit card or PayPal).
6. Important Notes & Limitations

Jackson Wink MMA does not issue refunds or reprints for low-quality, low-resolution, or improperly formatted artwork submitted by customers.

Slight variations in print placement (up to 1 inch) are normal for POD products and are not considered defects.

Jackson Wink MMA is not responsible for design errors (e.g., typos, misalignment) caused by customer-submitted artwork that does not meet guidelines.
7. Right to Refuse Refunds or Reprints
Jackson Wink MMA reserves the right to deny any refund or reprint requests if:

The issue is due to customer error.

The claim is found to be false, misleading, or fraudulent.

Submitted artwork violates technical or content guidelines.
